Return & Refund Policy

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping container as received. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Narae  will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirmed the goods/products, the customer will receive their refund within Narae after the confirmation.

Upon approval of a refund request, the refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for the refund to be processed.
